A small Stratford carpet cleaning company that thinks the rinse matters as much as the wash.
Who We Are
We clean carpets, area rugs, upholstered and leather furniture, mattresses, and tile and grout for homes in Stratford and the towns around it, along with a number of inns, B&Bs, offices and restaurants. We're a small outfit: a van, the equipment, and people who'd rather do a room properly than do it fast. We're fully insured, and our technicians hold IICRC certification.
We started from a simple frustration. Too many carpets get "cleaned" and then look grubby again within weeks, because shampoo was left in the fibres or the carpet was left soaking wet. We built our whole routine around avoiding that: vacuum first, treat what needs treating, wash, then rinse with clean water and pull out as much moisture as we can.
How We Clean
Every visit follows the same order. A walk-through, where we look at the rooms with you and agree the price. Furniture moved, with door frames and walls protected. A thorough dry vacuum. Pre-treatment of spots and traffic lanes. Hot water extraction, followed by a clear-water rinse. Then the pile is groomed, furniture goes back on blocks or tabs, and you get drying times and aftercare tips before we leave.
For upholstery, rugs and pet stains the details change, but the idea stays the same: check first, use the right method for the material, rinse, and be honest about what will and won't come out.
