What we collect when you contact us through this site, why, and what happens to it. Last updated October 31, 2026.
Your Information
What we collect. When you send our form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, what needs cleaning, your town and your message. Phone calls to the number shown here are routed through a call-tracking service, which records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and which page you were on.
Why we collect it. To reply to your request, arrange and carry out the cleaning, and understand which pages bring in enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Services we use. Form messages are delivered through Formspree. Calls and visits are measured by WhatConverts. Both process data on our behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States. This website is hosted by a content delivery network that keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, for security and performance.
Sharing. We may give your request to the independent cleaner who does the work, so they can contact you and do the job. See our referral arrangement.
How long we keep it. For the time it takes to handle your request and keep sensible business records. After that, it's deleted.
Your rights. PIPEDA, the federal privacy law for private businesses, lets you see the details we have on file for you, have them corrected, or have them removed. Use the contact page and say what you'd like. Still unhappy with how we respond? The federal Privacy Commissioner's office handles complaints.
Cookies. This site doesn't use advertising cookies. The call-tracking script may set a cookie to connect a call or form to the page that prompted it.
