About Results
Every carpet is different. How well a carpet, rug or piece of furniture cleans up depends on its fibre, age, dye, previous treatments and what has been spilled on it. We'll always do our best and tell you what to expect, but some marks are permanent.
Things cleaning may not fix. Bleach and chemical spots, sun fading, burns, worn or crushed pile, and dye changes caused by old urine or spills are not dirt, so cleaning can't remove them. Urine that has soaked through to the pad or subfloor may leave odour even after treatment.
Older and delicate items. Antique, hand-knotted, silk or unlabelled fabrics carry more risk. We test before cleaning and will tell you if we think something shouldn't be cleaned in the home.
Drying. Drying times on this site are typical figures, not guarantees. Humidity, airflow, temperature and carpet thickness all affect them.
Prices. Price ranges on this site are general Ontario figures for guidance only. Your actual price is confirmed before the work starts.
Water damage. We clean carpet. We don't do flood or sewage restoration. Soaked or contaminated carpet needs a water damage restoration company.
