The Roles
The Technician
Runs the walk-through, agrees the price with you, chooses the method for each room or piece, and does the cleaning itself. Also the person to ask about drying and aftercare.
The Helper
Moves furniture, lays down corner guards and runners, sets furniture back on blocks or tabs, and helps with stairs and larger homes.
The Booking Desk
Answers the phone and the form, asks about rooms, stains and pets, gives you a price range and finds a day that works.
What Every Visit Includes
Whoever comes to your home, a few things are always the same:
- Shoe covers or indoor footwear, and runners laid on hard floors where hoses pass
- Corner guards on door frames and walls so hoses don't scuff them
- A walk-through and a firm price before any cleaning
- Blocks or foil tabs under furniture legs set back on damp carpet
- Drying times and simple aftercare explained before we leave
